This is a very cute toy. It is a little cottage (very tiny, only two kids can fit inside and still be somewhat comfortable). One side opens up and reveals a doll house. I have a six year old and one year old twins. All of them absolutely adore it! Be aware though that it requires a lot of time to assemble and is a pain. We didn’t have a power drill and it took us two days (about four hours total). I’m sure our time would have been cut in half if we had a power drill. One person needs to hold the window panes together while someone else screws them in on the other side. Also the same with the pillars, etc. It was mainly the doll house part that took the most time. The only thing I don’t like is that the shelves that make the different levels in the doll house slide out easily and are somewhat heavy. My one year olds will grab on to them to help them stand up and they slide out and fall right on there head. Ouch! It does say it’s recommended for 2-6 year olds and I would say that is accurate. I’m sure your kids will not be disappointed if you get this!

this dollhouse/playhouse is very durable and very neat my 3 year old loves this toy she got for christmas, she has spent many hours in there :) the only downfall is that it took too long to put together you MUST have a powerdrill handy and 2 people :)

Fun for 2 y.o. or older, durable, indoor/outdoor, some nice additions, pleasant colors, great for imaginitive play. Takes a little time to assemble but pretty straight forward. Overall very pleased with this purchase.

This Dollhouse/Playhouse is like most large toys these days, where you purchase a box of parts and build the toys yourself. That’s the biggest draw back. From start to finish it took my wife and I 2hrs to build. Much of the time was spent working out the instructions and what bit went where. Besides that, my daughter loves it and has spent many hours playing in it. It seems to be very weather resistant. I couldn’t tell you much more as it’s in our family room for the winter. In all, it’s a great Doll/Playhouse but not very fun to construct.
